Organisational Design & Change Specialist (Contract) Osborne Richardson are working with our NSW State Government partners, seeking an experienced Organisational Design & Change Specialist for an initial contract running until the end of December 2024. This role is based in Sydney with a flexible, hybrid working arrangement (1-2 days in the office, negotiable), and is based on a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the review and design of divisional and branch-level operating models. - Design organisational structures, functional accountabilities, and role definitions. - Ensure that the proposed future state models, functions, and roles align with organisational design principles and other relevant parameters. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of organisational change. About You: - Demonstrated experience in organisational design and change management within large, complex organisations. - Strong understanding of organisational structures, role design, and operating models. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive the implementation of changes effectively.
