Job Description Senior Frontend Engineer $165k super Angular, TypeScript, AWS Feel like your job is okay. It’s not bad but it’s not very exciting either? You speak to your friends and they are all building new technology for scaling businesses? Well you could be doing that too… you’re not stuck in your job, there's some opportunities out there for you to flourish For starters, you could be joining a scale-up as one of their key frontend engineers. You’d be helping them in their journey to make insurance exciting… I bet you didn’t think that’s possible but with $50m in funding, their investors would disagree. Having partnered with global insurance companies to overhaul their product offering, they’ve built a pretty formidable team. The problem is, they’ve been a bit too successful and now have more teams than they have frontend engineers - that’s where you come in. You’ll be joining the squad working on their core product. The platform is built in Python, Angular, TypeScript on AWS and you’d be across all things frontend in Angular and TypeScript. It's a senior role but you’ll be working across the system design, build and also get a chance to be across the full-stack if you’d like. This role would suit you if: ● You are a solid Software Engineer with experience in Angular and Typescript. ● You’ve been working with CI/CD, and Git workflows to support code review and release of software. ● You have familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools. ● You want to be a part of a scale-up which is about to go global The role is Sydney based but hybrid working, 2 days on site to collaborate with the team.
