Duties will includes: Collection of all tenancy rental charges by the due date Ensure Administration forms and After Hours contact lists are regularly updated. Chase tenant arrears through letters and phone calls Reconcile bank accounts Relieve reception – tasks including answering the telephone, attending to customer and tenant enquires, collecting and opening the mail Maintain, update and ensure Quality systems and procedures are adhered to.
