In this role, you’ll ensure the security and smooth operation of SAP environments while providing expert support. Some out-of-hours work may be required for scheduled tasks or complex incidents, compensated with time off in lieu (TOIL). Must Be Australian Citizen with valid NV1 Security Clearance Key Technologies: SAP HANA, SAP Basis Mandatory Selection Criteria: Minimum of 5 years of SAP BASIS experience in a large, complex environment. Weighted Selection Criteria: Experience with multiple SAP technologies (e.g., CRM, ERP, Java, HANA). Knowledge of implementing Early Watch Alert recommendations. Proficiency in SAP ABAP and HANA performance tuning. Experience in incident resolution and root cause analysis. Familiarity with SAP system upgrades and related tasks. Experience with HANA & DB2 as the database platform for SAP applications Responsibilities: Perform daily system health checks and optimize SAP performance. Troubleshoot and analyze SAP landscape issues. Monitor SAP Java systems for capacity and availability. Manage database load to ensure optimal response times. Create task cards for multi-staff intervention on issues. Assist with system patching, kernel upgrades, and HANA administration. Manage table replication for data synchronization. Monitor HANA WLM and dashboard applications. Oversee change management processes and report cutover status to project leadership. Develop cutover checklists and project plans for testing and remediation. Support SAP business solutions and resolve incidents logged via OpenText Service Manager. Provide technical troubleshooting for 24/7 system availability.
