About the Role We need a high-performing sales expert with a passion for Knockdown Rebuilds and duplex projects. This role requires proactive networking, building strong referral relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities for the Role Build strategic relationships with developers and agents Lead customers through the Knockdown Rebuild process Generate new leads and drive growth Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships Develop market insights and optimize sales strategies Skills & Experience Proven success in a sales role Knowledge of knockdown rebuilds, duplexes, and subdivisions Strong networking and business development skills Ability to exceed sales targets Experience using CRM software Culture Work closely with a passionate team at our Austral display home.
