About the role Officeworks is seeking a skilled Application Administrator to join our technology applications team in a 6-month fixed term contract. As the primary support contact, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of key applications and ensuring consistent service delivery to meet our business needs. This role is based out of our Chadstone Support Office. What You’ll Do Provide technical support and incident resolution, with a focus on ServiceNow, xMatters, Jira & Confluence, and Monday.com. Manage day-to-day service issues to ensure continuity and improve service quality. Action service and user access requests, escalating to developers or external providers as needed. Keep knowledge articles current and identify training opportunities for enhanced support. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business units to resolve ServiceNow and xMatters support issues and contribute to ongoing strategy development. Maintain applications according to ITIL standards, ensuring quality, security, and best practices. Drive technical leadership, supporting disaster recovery and service continuity planning. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a results-oriented, safe, and engaging work environment. About you What You’ll Bring ServiceNow Administrator certification (CSA) - essential. Minimum 2 years of application support or service desk experience. Customer-focused with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
