To support this growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a detail orientated, process driven Warranty Administrator. Representing a key part of the service team, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-level of customer service by ensuring all Warranty and Service plans are completed in an efficient and prompt manner. Key responsibilities include: To prepare warranty claims to accurately reflect the work completed and to fully maximise the amount that we are entitled to claim ensuring that all manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures are fully adhered to at all times. To vet all warranty paperwork to ensure that we have complied fully with the manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures at every stage. To ensure that all claims are entered and processed in a timely manner. To liaise with the manufacturer's warranty department to ensure that any corrections are made without delay, to ensure the claim is paid in a timely manner. To progress all warranty claims through to payment. To ensure that all warranty records and audit trails are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's standards. To maintain and disseminate knowledge of manufacturer's warranty cover and procedures. About you: To be successful in your new role you'll have/be: Previous experience in an automotive workshop equipment Excellent administrative and customer service skills Experience in and proven ability to work in a team environment Sound knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment preferred.
