You will be responsible for coordinating with tradespeople, residents, body corporates, and the Caretaking team to ensure efficient operation of facilities and complex services. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of property maintenance, and effective task coordination abilities. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Coordination: Investigate maintenance issues and collaborate with the Caretakers and subcontractors for timely resolutions. Schedule routine maintenance tasks and oversee repairs to ensure high-quality workmanship. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates to Body Corporates and residents about ongoing maintenance activities. Address concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Problem Solving & Decision-Making: Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues, making informed decisions to promote the efficient operations of the townhouse complexes. Skills & Requirements: Experience in property maintenance, property management, building management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with job management software and tools, or confident with similar computer software. Exceptional customer service skills, particularly via phone and email. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proactive with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
