This is the role You will be the first point of contact, providing customers and key internal stakeholders with support across the broader functions of ICT, Corporate Applications, Continuous Improvements, Digital Transformation, and People & Culture. With no two days being the same, you'll play an essential role within our team. You'll primarily provide professional support and coordination to the Organisation Support Section to enable a wide range of projects and administration. You'll be responsible for managing the Section Managers calendar whilst monitoring inboxes for each of the broader units across the team. This role is crucial to the day-to-day operations of the Organisation Support Section and will maintain HRIS systems ensuring the integrity of data and records, reconcile and process invoices and purchase cards monthly, assist the teams in scheduling training and supporting the recruitment process.
