What to Expect The Tesla Energy team is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Business Operations team. The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for process execution, and will be involved in process and systems improvements across Powerwall products as Tesla Energy continues to develop and expand. This role works closely with Sales team and other business functions across the sales and delivery cycle. They are responsible for managing the orders pipeline, address inquires from internal and external stakeholders, reports deliveries, and resolve critical operational issues. What You’ll Do Execute and coordinate all operational aspects of certified installer orders, including backlog management, sales order delivery, revenue recognition, and cash collection. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and streamline sales and order process – providing updated documentation when improvements release. Investigate system discrepancies promptly and provide solutions to relevant stakeholders. Kick off and drive completion of special projects to improve productivity by eliminating unnecessary steps, creating dashboards or tools to facilitate the day-to-day operations. Participate in testing new and updated system logic and procedures. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science 2 years of experience in operations roles, preferably in a technology or energy-related field Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships Self-starter with a goal-oriented and highly motivated mindset, while also being able to follow instructions Exceptional attention to detail Technological fluency and proficiency in internal business systems and MS Office, with moderate skills in MS Excel and SQL Strong desire to take initiative, learn continuously, think creatively, and achieve results Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively multitask, prioritize tasks and processes, and track findings and deliverables
