This role is essential to supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient, seamless customer experiences in the waste management sector. In this position, you will play a central role in managing contracts, liaising between departments, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining organized sales records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels in communication, and has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Contract Processing : Receive and process sales contracts with accuracy, coordinating with departments to ensure fulfillment. Communication and Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team and other internal teams, maintaining a smooth workflow. Customer Support : Address and resolve customer inquiries, providing product information and ensuring a positive experience. Documentation and Record-Keeping : Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions. Team Coordination : Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth alignment and operational efficiency. Reporting and Analysis : Generate sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Administrative Tasks : Manage scheduling, prepare presentations, and provide general administrative support to enhance team productivity. Sales Support : Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations, and support the execution of sales strategies. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Use CRM systems to track customer interactions and ensure data accuracy. Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
