We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Sales and Product Manager to join our dynamic team. About the role Reporting to the Head of Property Development, you will play a critical role in enhancing the brand equity of McNab Developments within the local marketplace. You will lead the charge in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales performance, and fostering key stakeholder relationships to ensure each project maximizes its potential. Key Responsibilities: Enhance the McNab Development brand through effective reputation and awareness programs, building strong relationships with government, industry, and community stakeholders. Implement comprehensive market research programs to stay abreast of trends, opportunities, and risks. Regularly report market insights to the Development Leadership Team to inform strategic decisions. Develop a deep understanding of market conditions for new projects and create evidence-based sales and revenue plans that align with market demands and company goals. Craft project-specific marketing strategies, defining message hierarchies and approaches across various advertising platforms to drive sales objectives and enhance project value. Oversee all sales performance across McNab residential developments, ensuring sales plans are executed effectively and revenue targets are met. Engage external sales agents to maintain strong contractual and documentation processes, and develop internal sales capabilities within McNab. Develop a business case for a management rights function. Develop stakeholder strategies for each project, ensuring public interests and objectives are addressed and met. Oversee the implementation of the customer experience plan and support through project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and objectives are met. About you Tertiary qualifications in Business, Property Economics, or Construction Valid real estate license You will have previous solid experience in the development industry and have been in leadership roles, managing sales and marketing teams Extensive experience across all areas of property including residential, mixed-use, and urban renewal projects Project marketing sales experience, ideally with off the plan apartments and land Ability to service leads and enquirers to ensure business sales objectives are exceeded. Experience in developing and executing residential marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of market trends and sharing this data with internal team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and build strong stakeholder relationships. A natural communicator with a personable approach and strong negotiation skills, Self-motivated to grow and achieve sales targets Excellent time management with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working across several projects.
