About the Role: In this role, you will be at the heart of the team, managing travel and logistics for a group of approximately 60 personnel across various locations. You'll be responsible for compiling detailed event schedules, handling team administration, and managing paperwork, among other critical tasks. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you ensure everything runs smoothly, both at home and on the road. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all travel and logistics for a large team, including domestic and international arrangements. Compile comprehensive event schedules and minute-by-minute plans for traveling staff. Handle team administration, including liaising with various administrators and managing necessary paperwork. Understand and navigate government and border regulations, including visa requirements for international events. Manage accounts and budgets using MYOB. Assist with event ticket requests and invoicing, collaborating with the accounts team. Communicate effectively with sponsors, VIPs, and other stakeholders. Oversee stock control and packing of team apparel and other equipment. Create documents and artwork using Adobe InDesign, with occasional use of Illustrator. Potential travel within Australia to support team events. About You: We are looking for someone who is not just organised but thrives under pressure and enjoys taking initiative. Your ability to think on your feet and respond calmly in high-pressure situations will be key to your success. You should have experience in booking travel and logistics, with a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail. While experience in professional sports is not essential, it would be beneficial. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in travel and logistics coordination. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex schedules. Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with MYOB or other accounting software. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is a plus.
