About the Role Located in Traralgon, you will provide high-quality administrative and support services to all clientele. This is an integral and valued role that will see you assisting all staff within the business in an administrative capacity. Duties and Responsibilities Answering phone calls in a professional manner to assist clients High-level administrative support across the business Managing staff scheduling Maintaining accurate record-keeping Clear and concise client communication Skills and Experience Extensive experience in a similar role in office administration/reception Experience in a similar industry/commercial environment highly valued Strong customer service skills Proficient computer skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
