Your new role An opportunity has arisen to join them in a role that could be based from their Maroochydore or Hervey Bay office, becoming the PM for a multistaged project in the Wide Bay region. You will complete a dual role covering both Project Management and Contract Admin duties; from engaging contractors, to programming and cost forecasting, to working with the site team to ensure the project is on track and to budget. Your first project will come with a variety, including built form and civils, for a reputable Local Govt client. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will either be based on the Sunshine Coast or in Hervey Bay with a background as a Contract Administrator. Whether you have a trade background, are currently studying or completed a bachelors degree in Construction Management, all will be well regarded. Lower Tier experience is preferred, where you may have operated in a dual PM/CA role in a fast-paced environment. In addition to the above, strong communication skills are essential; being able to conduct daily contact with subbies and suppliers, confidently.
