About the Role: As the Leasing Team Assistant , you will be instrumental in coordinating the Lease Proposal process, as well as providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to the team of Leasing Executives. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of key documentation, managing reports, overseeing diaries, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Support Leasing Executives by coordinating the Lease Proposal process. Prepare Letter of Offer packages and ensure accurate deal files. Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports, management reports, and other key documents. Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel for the team. Provide confidential HR administrative support, including recruitment assistance and onboarding new hires. Maintain operational center plans, oversee advertisement listings, and assist with tenancy remixes. Your Skills & Experience: 3 years’ experience in administration, executive support, or team assistant roles in a property related business Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of property leasing terminology or experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
