This role has a variety of functions and will require you to handle customer service, administration, sales, scheduling, and maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. Key responsibilities in the role include: General administration duties Monitor and respond to allocated email accounts Facilitate cold and warm calls to create prospective leads Schedule and follow up calls with leads and current customers Prepare customer quotes Update and maintain company social media platforms Arrange dispatch of equipment and advise customers Assist with sales/service/parts/warranty departments Organise and Participate at Trade Exhibitions To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: Good communication skills and phone manner Administration experience Ability to work without supervision Good business sense and a professional manner Have a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task and handle matters promptly.
