Package Administrator Fixed term, full time opportunity through till end of August 2025 Osborne Park location, parking provided Hybrid working environment, WFH and the office The opportunity We are seeking a suitably experienced Package Administrator to join the Home Support Services team on a fixed term full-time basis through until September 2025 This role will be based at Silverchain House in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Senior Package Administrator, your focus in this position would be to work collaboratively within a team to support Home Care Packages and ensure that invoices a processed and correctly allocated. Among this, this role involves various administrative duties such as data entry, attending to package cost queries and other admin duties as required. Working Monday to Friday each week, this role can be flexible with start and finish times for the 7.6 hour work day. 2 days per week will be at the office. 3 days per week can be from home. The first two weeks of employment will be full time training at the office each day. Key responsibilities Processing all invoices to ensure they are within guidelines and correctly allocated to the correct reporting level. Attend to queries, providing information on the cost of each package to support staff coordinating packages in a timely and accurate manner. Submission of monthly claims for all packages within the allocated area in a timely and accurate manner. Onboarding new Home Care Package clients. Separating Home Care Package client packages. Data entry of all package expenditure onto ComCare in a timely and accurate manner. Distribution of monthly statements for package clients. Provide general administrative support for Home Support Service as required. About you Previous knowledge in Home Care Packages. Experience in administration within a financial environment. Excellent administration skills and able to hit the ground running. Strong interpersonal skills, and able to clearly communicate either over the phone, face to face or electronically. Take pride in attention to deal – we need that strong skill set here Time management and organisational skills should be your bread and butter. Confident using technology and able to find your way around all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite.
