We have an exciting opportunity for a S ales Manager – Construction Solutions - NSW to join our team in Wetherill Park . Reporting to the NSW State Manager , you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and projects and provide ongoing support whilst driving business growth across our construction solutions. The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities : Responsibilities: Develop a NSW business development strategy to identify growth areas, value add solutions and current market segment to identify new prospects in the reinforcing steel market Identify opportunities to drive a BIM strategy using various sources including customers and report on lead progress Promote ADDA Bureau services and implement ADDA (Advanced Detailing & Design Application) business development initiatives that support NSW Construction Solutions revenue and profit objectives Identify and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to promote Ausreo construction solutions offering and ADDA Dfma services to generate sales Provide leadership and advice to the sales and project engineering teams in executing all contractual and customer requirements in line with Ausreo business strategies and policies Develop and maintain close working relationships with Sales, Scheduling and ADDA personnel in execution of overall marketing strategies for NSW To Be Successful Sound understanding of the Reinforcing Steel industry highly preferred Civil and/or Structural Engineering tertiary qualification or a tertiary qualification in Business Management with extensive experience in managing building and construction projects Project Management qualification highly regarded Experience in Engineering and Construction with a working knowledge of the construction process across various project types, including managing major projects on site Significant consultative selling and business development experience gained in building and construction industries Exceptional commercial, analytical, communication and negotiation skills In-depth understanding of the use of appropriate systems, software, tools and technologies to design, detail and model steel reinforcing solutions for complex projects Experience or working knowledge of Dfma software solutions Ausreo is currently experiencing growth due to the upturn in infrastructure and commercial construction projects.
