HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced APS6 Level Co-Design and Engagement Officer for a dynamic team, located in Deakin Canberra ACT . About the Role As the APS6 Level Co-Design and Engagement Officer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of co-design initiatives. You will be responsible for: Coordinating co-design working groups, workshops, and events. Developing materials for co-design meetings and events. Contributing to the development and monitoring of co-design and engagement strategies. Facilitating workshops to generate insights and produce effective workplans. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Supporting the NDIA's participation in co-design activities, including information sessions, forums, and webinars. Preparing reports, briefing papers, and other documents for senior executives. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and a deep understanding of working with people with disability. Proven co-design experience, ideally within a community or policy environment. Expertise in human-centred design and co-facilitation of workshops. Strong project management skills, including strategic planning and delivery. Desirable: Project management experience to help drive strategic planning and program development.
