Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses. About the role As an Administrator within the Perpetual Private business area, you will: Provide a high level of service, achieving Service Level Agreements at a team and individual level. Be responsible for maintaining accurate date within core systems Authorise trades, supporting with preparation and execution of rebalances Prepare of daily WIP report and subsequent matching Linking/Delink of accounts from MDA service Manage custodial asset operations such as pricing, settlements and maintenance Build and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders Support the wider Client Operations team with processes and tasks as required Maintain awareness of Client Operations SLA, policies and procedures, business rules and Risk and Control profile and standards Escalate identified risks and issues to Team Leader/Manager as appropriate Respond to internal/external queries accurately, and in a timely manner Processing on the wrap platform, salesforce and SharePoint About you Proven experience in a Banking & Finance environment preferably in client services or similar role that would provide a suitable administrative background Strong self/time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy within a high-volume role Initiative & willingness to learn Problem solving skills & knowledge of when to escalate issues Maintain compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements Ability to meet deadlines & contribute to strategic objectives Flexibility to work outside base core hours when required Strong excel experience would be advantageous Ability to communicate effectively – both written and verbal How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients; the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
