Accounts Receivable Administrator SA, Adelaide Finance 15905BR Job Highlights The primary responsibility of the Accounts Receivable Administrator is to manage processes and controls to ensure the timely submission of customer invoices and cash collection and reconcile daily banking with focus upon accurate settling of receipts against outstanding invoices. You will also ensure completeness of labour data available for customer invoicing through management of timesheet submissions and uploads. Your responsibilities will include: Act and perform as the primary point of contact on customer invoicing and respond on queries raised via the Accounts Receivable Inbox Monitor the allocation of external customers across project accountants and ensure calculations and supporting documents are delivered in a timely manner Prepare customer invoices within the accounting system and monitor workflow across approvals and dispatch Submit intragroup invoices via the internal billing system and respond on queries raised Monitoring aged receivables reports to minimise overdue accounts and proactively following up collections Report to the Accounts Team Leader periodically on performance against service standards Take ownership over customer invoicing related policies, processes and user guides Manage processes and controls to ensure the timely submission of weekly timesheets and the accuracy of data therein Perform and provide ad hoc surge support in other areas reporting to the Accounts Team Leader About you: Experience working in a Corporate Finance team as part of Accounts Receivable and/or Bank Reconciliation Hands-on experience raising transactions within accounting/ERP systems Understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles Proficiency with Workbench and SAP desirable Certificate or Diploma in Accounting desirable Experience using Excel to an intermediate level Special Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens and are required to hold and maintain AGSVA security clearance at the required level.
