A rare opportunity exists for a People and Culture Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role which will involve being the first point of contact for external callers, supporting and directing Western Health employees with People and Culture queries, and being involved in supporting recruitment processes through coordinating police record checks and responding to the central People and Culture email mailbox. Having recently gone live with a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) this presents a wonderful opportunity for either someone who has recently completed a HR qualification, or an experienced administrator with an interest in the People and Culture function. With the New Footscray Hospital completion scheduled for late 2025, and a number of People System projects occuring presently, this presents a real opportunity to be exposed to a number of changes and improvements. This is an autonomous role, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to own the role and develop processes that support greater effiiency, whilst providing support and being supported by an expert team. This is initially a maternity leave backfill position until December 2025 with potential for extension. It is a full time role, with an accrued day off (ADO) every 4 weeks and the possibility of a hybrid working arrangement. Position Description Applications close 11:59pm on 5 November 2024.
