Due to our continued growth, Contract Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Coordinator/Administrator based in Brisbane QLD or Perth, WA. Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating training for our workforce. Join us and make a difference Role Accountabilities include: Ensure that training and development programmes are delivered economically and effectively Developing, scheduling, co-ordinating and ensuring delivery of training programmes within agreed timeframes and budgets Maintaining and facilitating a suite of quality trainers. Encouraging and developing Contract Resources employees to their full potential, consistent with the company’s needs. Develop a training plan based on training needs and ongoing business requirements. This will be done with Regional Managers, and the Workforce Planning Manager. Review training and development needs/actions. Facilitate online training requirements. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar or administrative role. An understanding and knowledge of Training legislation (Desirable) Self-motivated, team driven with a desire to add value to the discipline Personable with strong relationship management skills Flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities Strong communication (written and verbal) capability Well developed IT capabilities (i.e. Word, Excel) Have a high level of analytical and computing skills A current Drivers licence How to apply If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding role with a dynamic, growing organisation, please select the ‘Apply Now’ button to submit your application.
