We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Concierge & Administration Assistant to join our shopping centre management team in Melbourne’s South East. You will be the first point of contact within the business, responsible for managing all incoming calls and greeting and assisting tenants, visitors and enquiries along with assisting the centre management team with administrative duties. Key responsibilities: Welcoming visitors to the office Maintaining the immaculate presentation of our Front of House area and all meeting rooms throughout the day Handling internal/external calls Word processing and data entry Assist with event planning Liaising with centre management for the daily tenancy needs, including cleaning.
