Key responsibilities: The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to: - Develop & deliver business improvements across the project delivery interface function including: - Identify & Communicate Key Project Information to relevant stakeholders - Interact as needed in forums, processes, systems, for infrastructure projects across the business and throughout the project lifecycle. - Summarise stage and status of projects, and escalate key issues for attention as needed. - Timely escalation within the business unit where alignment of capital projects with Engineering & Asset Management interests are not being achieved. - Ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement & sign offs. - Assist in identifying impacts on operations, impacts to operating costs, complex interfaces, or potential to avoid impact to travellers or abortive scope The successful candidate will have: - Experience in a project interface/coordination role - Good knowledge and experience with civil and built environment project design and delivery processes - Frontline experience recommended in supporting the development of best for business solutions amongst competing interests of a variety of stakeholders - Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders - Experience working on a variety of projects throughout the project lifecycle We understand that not everyone will feel they meet all of these 100%.
