Your Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator for our Practice Management team working across our headspace Southport and headspace Upper Coomera Centres. In this role, you will support the Practice Manager with day-to-day supervision and roster management of a team of 8 Administration Assistants across our headspace Centres located in Southport and Upper Coomera. You will provide guidance and support to staff around customer management and supervise accurate Medicare billing and exemptions processes. You will be required to manage multiple IT systems and contribute proactively to the development of policies, procedures, and work instructions for headspace. The role is dynamic and varied so you’ll need to have excellent time management skills. Our work can get busy at times, and it is important that you are able to work well under pressure and collaboratively with others. In this role you will also be required to work on the front reception desk at times, sometimes at short notice. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday each week. You will be required to work different shift times dependent on the Centre opening times. These are no earlier than 7am, and no later than 6pm. The gross salary for this role ranges between $73,803 to $79,133 per annum plus super. The salary on offer will depend on the successful candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience. In addition to a “can do” attitude, and positive approach, you will have the following experience, skills and knowledge: Demonstrated recent experience in a senior administration position in a primary health care setting. Demonstrated experience in providing support and day to day supervision to a team of Administration Assistants. Previous experience with primary care Medicare billing and batching. Adaptability and an agile approach to your work – being able to adjust your working stye and re-prioritise your tasks as necessary throughout the day. Being confident and comfortable interacting with young people and their families – your warm manner and welcoming demeanour will be essential in this service The ability to manage your own workload, including prioritising duties and multi-tasking Ability to manage your self-care – this role can be challenging and it’s important to us that you are at your best, to do your best.
