What you’ll do Maintain a high-quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace Create Chatbots and Smart IVRs for the Squad and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value behind the initiatives that they are working on Support production deployment of Bots and help to perform “Sanity” checks Contributing towards continuous improvement of the development processes and practices and follow high coding standards Ability to create and define a development approach for any given context and produce high value artefacts What you’ll bring 4-6 years’ experience as a full stack developer with strong programming skills in Node JS and building API’s Experience in developing & implementing bots (Chatbots and Smart IVRs) Agile mindset Cloud technology development experience Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation and source control systems An attitude of innovation, always keen to learn and try new things What you'll experience We embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach.
