Prior experience in picking and packing, MRP inventory processes and forklift operation is required. Responsibilities Work within the stores team, receive in goods from suppliers, assist with unpacking trucks, operating forklifts, picking stock orders for production, and performing stock takes. Report to the stores bay leader, work towards weekly targets and aim to achieve high stock accuracy whilst meeting production stock demands. Perform production picks as per the production schedule. Assist with waste reduction at pick level. Desirable experience and skills Must hold a current forklift license with minimum 2 years' experience operating A minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehousing or a similar role is highly desirable. Pick and packing experience. Strong numeracy skills and ability to use material requisition programs (MRPs). Must have competent computer literacy and ability to operate a handheld inventory scanner. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
