Our client seeks the services of Interaction Design Expert with 3years' UX experience in leading the design of assets such as user flows, prototypes Our client in Australia Wide seeks the services of Interaction Design Expert with baseline clearance Overview of Proposed Services Interaction Design Experts manage the development of design concepts for digital products and services. They are able to interpret evidence-based research and incorporate this into their work ensuring the quality of design. Interaction Design Experts exercise a considerable degree of independence and undertake a leadership role, with work being performed under the broad direction of senior staff. They manage detailed projects or programs and develop and manage relationships with stakeholders. In performing a leadership role, they develop future direction and strategies to drive innovation and changes in workplace practices. Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for role include: User experience design (UX) Selection Criteria Mandatory Criteria Greater than 3 years' UX experience in leading the design of assets such as user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and other assets for proof of concept and useability testing. Greater than 3 years' experience in the creation/updates and management of relevant UI design patterns, frameworks, GUI kits and governance (including application of branding). Greater than 3 years' experience in supporting and mentoring staff including coaching and training to build knowledge and capability in interaction design activities Weighted Criteria Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using UX research processes and techniques. Demonstrated experience in creating, conducting, and delivering high-profile research findings or designs to a range of audiences. Ability to work with web design toolsets such as Adobe XD, Adobe suite and Figma. Demonstrated experience with the Australian Government's Digital Service Standard, WCAG AA compliance or website government standards. Demonstrated examples of using a variety of prototyping methods, including an understanding of the most appropriate prototyping method for the problem to be solved Experience working collaboratively as part of a multi- disciplinary team, including with user researchers, developers, and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to iterate design products and design approaches based on user research and team feedback.
