The role We are seeking a dynamic and caring Teacher to join our Learning Strategies Team at the Caulfield Campus of Caulfield Grammar School. This is a 0.6 role, 12 month fixed term position, working as part of a supportive and collegial team. Commencing Term 1, 2025 you will be providing one-on-one, small group and classroom support for Middle and Senior School students. A key part of your role will be collaborating with classroom teachers to plan, resource and implement Individual Learning Plans for Literacy and Numeracy. As a valued member of our team, you will be part of making a real difference by positively impacting student experience and contributing to our School community. Key duties Work collaboratively with teachers and in the development and implementation of student-centred Individual Learning Plans. Use strategies based on knowledge of students’ physical, social, and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning. Maintain written documentation on student learning as required. Contribute positively to the wider team and school environment. Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours. Skills and experience Demonstrated experience supporting curriculum differentiation within the secondary school environment. Relevant Teaching Qualification and VIT registration Qualification in Learning Intervention (i.e., Special Education post grad) is essential. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, highly organised with great attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
