The Systems Support Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of various digital platforms and systems used within the College, ensuring accurate data entry and providing training for staff. This role will support the eLearning team, helping transition from reactive to proactive support for staff and students in their use of Schoolbox, Microsoft 365, and other educational technologies. The administrator will also assist with implementing new systems and maintaining existing ones, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
