This role provides an exciting opportunity to support our personal injury team and help maintain efficient operations within our firm. The position: Seeking an experienced legal secretary in the field of plaintiff personal injury litigation. Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience is essential You will be performing a mixture of secretarial duties including making phone calls, preparing briefs, updating schedules, making travel arrangements for clients, liaising with clients, barristers, doctors, typing letters, emails and scanning. Flexibility with part WFH and part Office. You will be/have: You will have at least 2 years' experience as a legal secretary in the field of plaintiff personal injury litigation Dictaphone typing experience with a typing speed of at least 60 wpm and good accuracy. Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel. Experience with LEAP would be highly regarded. Have a high degree of motivation and enthusiasm. Be able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently. Salary commensurate with experience.
