You will play a vital role in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of Linux-based infrastructure and applications. Key Skills & Responsibilities Strong technical Unix & Linux experience, including BSD, CentOS, Ubuntu, or Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Knowledge of Linux security principles, access controls, file permissions, and encryption methods. Demonstrated expertise in patch management processes, including vulnerability assessment, patch testing, and deployment for Linux systems. System Administration: Take ownership of Linux server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Perl for automation and task scripting. Experience in cloud-based technologies, with a preference for Azure and AWS. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and industry trends in the Linux ecosystem and cloud computing Possesses systematic problem-solving abilities and takes the initiative to lead by example as a team player.
