ACT location, with a flexible working arrangement 10 months Full-Time contract We are seeking a talented individual to join this Federal Government Agency as an APS6 Project and Instructional Design Officer. This role focuses on regulatory reform, project management, and the development of high-quality scientific e-learning materials for various therapeutic products. Key Responsibilities : Synthesise and analyse complex technical and regulatory information, transforming it into engaging e-learning content. Develop visually appealing instructional materials using Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate software. Simplify complex scientific concepts into clear, concise, and impactful learning modules. Manage communication activities, inquiries, and support cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders. Contribute to regulatory science projects while ensuring high-quality outputs in a deadline-driven environment. About You : Proficient in graphic design with experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Skilled in using Articulate Rise and Storyline for e-learning course development. Strong writing skills, capable of simplifying complex scientific concepts into plain language for a broader audience. Knowledge or experience in medicines and medical terminology (or willingness to quickly learn). Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint Online and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
