About this role Only About Children Penrith Early Childhood Teacher(ECT) Full time Our campus in Penrith is a purpose-built one-level 100 place early learning centre conveniently located at 4/120 Mulgoa Road, in one of the most popular commercial hubs in Penrith. The Role The objective of this role is to provide high quality education, development and care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families. These objectives make up our core OAC offering to families called “The OAC Way”. The ECT may also supervise other team members in the capacity of a Room Leader. • Be the point of contact for communications with families about developmental outcomes and school readiness in consultation with the Campus Director • Will facilitate the process of family information and progress meetings • Actively participate in the leadership team by attending meetings, sharing ideas and being motivated towards the campus vision • Support the Campus Director with decisions made throughout the campus • Support and encourage ongoing learning and study for all team members How can we support you?
