We are looking for a telephony engineer to join forces with our amazing telephony team who keep our business operational. Working with a seasoned telephony engineer, we are sure your career will go from strength to strength as you learn all things relating to VOIP. PSTN, Switching & Routing, SIP trunks and call flows Day to day you will be responsible for: Install, repair, and maintain a variety of telephony and related equipment including telephone switches, remote switching modules, VOIP systems, and trunk interfaces. Supporting a Genesys cloud environment with over 900 users across ANZ region IVR configuration and flow changes Troubleshoot WebRTC Building call-flows, setting up voicemails, automated messaging, ring groups/queues, failover etc. Troubleshoot and resolve tickets where an understanding of the SIP protocol is needed What do you need? 1 years' experience with IVR's: flow management and ramp up codes Experience working with Genesys cloud products Ideally you will have experience with RingCentral & Salesforce CRM Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Why Peninsula?
