About this role About this role Only About Children: Cromer, Sydney We are extremely excited to be opening our newest Only About Children campus located in Cromer, NSW. It is a light filled, warm and inviting space offering 80 places across 5 rooms. Each age group has their own dedicated outdoor learning environments and ample space to explore and learn. We are looking for experienced Early Childhood Teachers to join the starting team. The objective of this role is to provide quality education & care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional partnership experience with our families. These objectives make up our core OAC offering to families called “The OAC Way”. The Role & Campuses We are looking for a perm and casual ECT qualified Early Childhood Teachers Key duties: Planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information Assisting with daily room tasks – e.g. activity preparation and mealtimes Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards Ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations Guiding team members with their professional development, individual goals and performance. Requirements of the Role A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood) Minimum two years full-time work experience Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice Valid employee Working with Children Check number How to Apply Click ‘apply now' and submit your application to tarron.burkinoac.edu.au to discuss your application.
