You will enjoy managing a team to meet their goals and targets of delighting customers, creating experiences and meeting sales targets. Your role is to be accountable and organise and manage the store operations so you and your team can style, accessorise and sell our products to customers. You will be eager to further develop your knowledge and experience in running a store, be keen to engage with local Centre Management teams to ensure marketing initiatives and security is a priority. You will be across all aspects of running a successful store, leading a high performing team all while being surrounded by fabulous products in a business that is rebuilding and has aspirations to grow Key Areas of Responsibility include: Customer - creating exceptional experiences through your leadership in the provision of goods and services, ensuring your team meets all (ACLASS) service standards. People - supervision, training, coaching and motivating as well as workforce management and design and rostering. Finances - high level of business acumen, understanding and helping the team to achieve targets and minimise shrinkage and undertaking budgeting for the store. Marketing - collaborate with head office and centre management to promote and advertise products. Presentation - love making the Store look shoppable utilising your experience of Visual Merchandising and knowledge of the brand, as well as providing direction to staff. Operations: supervisory and administrative duties, understanding stock levels, supervising the conduct of stock takes, overseeing maintenance and delivery on the Click Collect KPIs and targets for efficiency. What you need to succeed: 2 years' experience in a retail management role (Store or Assistant Store Manager) with experience working in a fast moving business with high volumes and sku's. In depth understanding of budgets, targets and goals to be able to lead your teams to achieve success. The ability, and passion to motivate, inspire and engage team members and customers, to provide advice and guidance on styling and selling.
