Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, your responsibilities will include: Reviewing documentation provided by Sales and resolving design complications by providing new/alternate design solutionsEnsuring sales documentation complies with Metricon’s company guidelinesAssisting in the development of sales documentation to improve operational efficiencyProviding face to face design consultation with existing customers when required; andEnsuring that the relationships with all internal departments, external customers, suppliers, agents and contractors are maintained and improved. The successful candidate will have: 3 yrs experience in Residential AutoCADA minimum of 3 years relevant experience within the residential building industryExcellent communication skills with the ability to relate to both technical and non-technical minded peopleExceptional knowledge of the NCC, QDC and experience in AutoCAD; andA proactive approach combined with a strong problem solving ability.
