Right now we are looking for a new Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team on an $80m D&C High Rise Residential project in Bowen Hills. The ideal candidate has a few projects under their belt as a Snr Contracts Administrator delivering high rise projects and has the ability to both lead and mentor. Your sites will always be well supported and resourced properly. This opportunity will see you take the lead as the Senior Contracts Administrator and report directly into the Project Manager. You will have the support of other CA's and administrative support. It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to to drive commercial outcomes. As a Senior Contract Administrator you will have: Degree qualifications in construction management or equivalent 10 years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company Strong commercial acumen Exposure to projects over $50m This builder will offer you the opportunity to join a well established team.
