Your New Opportunity: A fulfilling full-time opportunity is now available within our Home Health Finance Team. As one of our Customer Service Specialists, you will play a crucial role in collecting and reconciling payments whilst ensuring effective business with individual clients, funders, and government organisations. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the central focal point for the Customer in all account, administrative and credit matters whilst also supporting all end-to-end accounts receivable activities. This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid work options: 3 days in the Parramatta office with your colleagues and 2 days working from home.
