YOUR NEXT CAREER MOVE An Australian owned and run company - a real success story Arguably the GO-TO in their industry for product range, quality and competitive pricing These well known brands have inventory ready to go - they are warehoused (throughout Australia and New Zealand) and then distributed through re-sellers - B2B With a large online presence they are heavily into keeping customer loyalty This newly created position will suit someone with a strong demonstrated customer service / internal sales background The main focus of the role is in maintaining service excellence to customers ALREADY in the system As with any larger company the more extensive the database the more the need to be careful in ensuring existing accounts are looked after and maintained Duties: follow up sections of the database as directed; provide information on specials and other new products; establish any areas of concern (pricing, quality, delivery times etc) to any lapsed or MIA customers; problem solve any issues and report / provide feedback to management; identify potential areas of sales growth; update database and changed details / new contacts ETC You will enjoy a productive and satisfying role ensuring customers are treated with respect and promises are kept You must have customer service or call centre experience, excellent communication skills, a tactful helpful problem solving approach, an enthusiastic pick up the phone manner (majority of this is oubound warm calls) and the success will be yours Normal office hours - Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm Attractive salary on offer We look forward to receiving your application.
