Providing personalised world class end-to-end supply chain solutions across airfreight and seafreight operations, customs clearance, warehousing, transport and distribution to their varied and loyal customers. In this customer centric role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service to your portfolio of general and key accounts. Responsibilities will include: Manage purchase orders and follow-ups for air and ocean freight. Track and trace shipments using internal systems, maintaining data accuracy. Handle rate requests and perform cost comparisons for freight movements. Liaise with origin offices to ensure compliance with operating procedures. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service. Generate customer reports. Efficiently address and resolve complaints or queries. Set up and transition new company accounts. Update alerts and broadcasts for customers at destination and origin. Manage cross-trade shipments. Facilitate consignments from origin to delivery. Attend customer meetings as required. You will be a proactive, solutions orientated professional with a positive attitude and high attention to detail. Possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster long term relationships. Well organised, able to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 12 months experience within a freight forwarding environment essential in a customer service or operations capacity. Cargowise experience preferred. Interested?
