Attractive remuneration and more ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Sales Associate will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the Building & Design Sales Consultant. The key focus of this role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience as clients navigate their journey in selecting a new home design. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming visitors to the fully furnished display home. Managing day-to-day operations of the display home. Supporting customers throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing. Providing exceptional customer service and answering questions to assist informed decision-making. Collaborating with the Building & Design Consultant to achieve sales and customer service objectives. Ensuring all sales documentation is completed accurately and on time. Coordinating with all departments to enhance the customer experience. ABOUT YOU Outgoing personality with strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about home design and living spaces. Committed to customer service excellence. Customer service and sales experience in retail or a service-related industry is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and communications. Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday, 9 am - 5 pm.
