If you’re shortlisted, you’ll be working in a mining environment with 2:2 FIFO rosters from Perth, flying straight to the site. (Goldfields) Duties: Fixing breakdowns and diagnosing issues Maintenance and repairs Troubleshooting and fault finding Servicing and repairing air conditioning, including re-gassing Completing tasks within set time frames Reporting any safety or maintenance issues to your supervisor Doing safety duties like job inspections, task planning, JHS’s, Take 5’s, etc. Keeping your work area clean and safe Other tasks as needed by your supervisor Experience and Skills: Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Automotive Electrician Air Con tickets (preferably) Experience on heavy underground earthmoving equipment , specifically Caterpillar & Hitachi including but not limited to: Jumbos - Sandvik DD421, Production Drill – Sandvik DL421, Jumbo - Atlas M2D, Bogger - Sandvik 621i, Dump Trucks – Sandvik TH663i, Normet – Charmec 1614B Good knowledge of diagnostic tools for vehicle electrical systems Strong focus on health and safety Experience in field service and breakdowns Culture: You’ll be joining a high-performing team that feels like family.
