They have built an outstanding reputation through their consistent delivery of projects across commercial fit out and refurbishment up to $10M with a focus on quality and value across their work. Working with a mix of long standing private and government clients, they have a strong pipeline of ongoing work. They are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to work across multiple projects based mainly in the Perth CBD. Rewards/Perks & Opportunities: Working with long standing main contractor within the commercial industry Work across range of private and government projects Stable and supportive team environment Permanent, full-time role with healthy pipeline of projects Align with builder who focuses on quality and cost resulting in strong client relationships Key Requirements: Background in commercial fit-out preferred, construction will be considered Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members Bachelor of Construction Management or similar is desirable, but not essential If you fit the above criteria, please apply to this ad.
