Key responsibilities include: Processing and allocating client payments to invoices, including direct deposits, BPAY, and credit card transactions Managing credit and debit invoice allocations Administering client refunds and overseeing underwriter payments Processing sub-agent payments on a monthly basis SKILLS EXPERIENCE.
