As well as: Support the team in the day-to-day operations of the venue - delivery of food and drinks, maintaining service areas and opening and closing duties. About you To be successful you’ll bring the following Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia Previous experience in a fine dining, high volume restaurant or bar is preferred. Ability to work well in a team environment with strong communication skills to liaise with guests of all levels. Availability to work across a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (Christmas and New Years Eve availability is crucial for this role)
