Aggressively grow the company’s market share in the Perth Metro and Reginal Region Provide strong leadership to a dynamic team of Sales Reps and Sales Support personnel Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve profitability and growth Work closely with the Commercial leadership team Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Be the confident and helpful face of our business ABOUT YOU Demonstrate previous experience in a senior sales leadership role with B2B experience Results orientated and always striving to improve efficiencies within your team Driven and ambitious by nature, you love the thrill of winning business and nurturing customers Outgoing by nature, you enjoy meeting people and have a strong focus on customer service KPI focused with the ability to perform effectively under pressure Motivated and love to work autonomously and you enjoy leading the larger team Have a strong attention to detail, you are thorough and methodical in your approach Well-developed time management skills and ability to effectively delegate tasks as required.
